Privacy notice
Controller
Local-IT-Partner GmbH, Güterstr. 2a, 54439 Saarburg, Deutschland. Responsible for processing your data on this website.
Hosting
This website runs in our own hosting in the KÜS DATA, Losheim am See data centre. The web server stores technical access data (time, page requested, browser type, shortened IP address) to keep the service running securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Requests sent through the forms
When you submit a form, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
- We process: name, company, email and/or phone plus the details you choose to add (number of employees, message, answers in self-checks, uploaded documents).
- We also store which ad or search brought you here (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, referrer, entry page) in order to evaluate our advertising.
- We do not store your IP address in clear text, only as a salted hash to prevent abuse.
- We delete requests once they are no longer needed, uploaded documents after 90 days at the latest; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Sharing within the group
Your request is transferred to our central lead overview so that the right person can take care of it. The transfer is encrypted and signed. We do not pass your data to third parties for advertising.
Consent for measurement
We distinguish two categories. Necessary: session, protection of the forms against abuse and your choice here — the site does not work without these cookies. Marketing: Meta pixel and Google Ads. Before you consent, nothing is loaded for this; no script from Meta or Google is requested and no advertising cookie is set. We store your decision for six months in a cookie (lip_consent) and you can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. The legal basis for the marketing category is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
Google Ads and conversion measurement
After you consent we load the Google tag (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and use it to measure which ad led to an enquiry or to a click on our phone number. Transferred are the ad identifier, the time and type of the event and your shortened IP address. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses. Without your consent the Google tag is not loaded.
Meta pixel
After you consent we load the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). It reports the page view (PageView), a submitted enquiry (Lead) and a click on our phone number or email address (Contact). Meta processes this data together with us as joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR; Meta provides the essential terms at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Data is transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by standard contractual clauses. Without your consent the pixel is not loaded.
Cookies we use
- Session cookie (strictly necessary): keeps your session and the source of your request.
- lip_consent (strictly necessary): remembers your measurement decision for six months.
- After consent to the marketing category: cookies from Google (_gcl_au, up to 90 days) and Meta (_fbp, up to 90 days) to attribute ads to enquiries.
- lang (strictly necessary): remembers the language you chose, twelve months.
